- While most of our favorite stores close their doors for Thanksgiving Day, many will be open bright and early on Black Friday, Nov. 27, 2026.
- Some of the stores opening earliest on Black Friday 2026 include Bass Pro Shops, Kohl’s and Old Navy at 5 a.m., and Target, Best Buy and Ulta at 6 a.m.
- REI is the only major retailer to remain closed on Black Friday, which is an ongoing company tradition to encourage employees (and customers) to “Opt Outside” with loved ones, rather than work or shop.
- Keep in mind that Black Friday store hours may vary by location — especially for retailers inside malls — so double-check before you head out. Wherever possible, we’ve linked each retailer’s store locator below so you have an easy reference this Black Friday.
