So get ready to mark your calendar as we break it down month by month: This is our official guide to Ulta’s semi-annual sales and fan-favorite savings events throughout 2026.
Although the exact dates of these events may shift from year to year, Ulta typically throws its biggest sales around the same times. So we’ll let you know what’s been confirmed, and what we predict based on the past.

Ulta Sale Calendar 2026
Here’s the 2026 sale schedule that we expect Ulta to follow this year:
January
There’s plenty to love about the new year because it kicks off with a huge Ulta savings event. But even as the month goes on, other opportunities for saving are always popping up.
Love Your Skin Event
Ulta’s Love Your Skin Event blazes in to rescue your tired, winter skin for three weeks at the very beginning of January. It offers much-needed TLC with 50% off your fave skin care products, so you can help protect your skin against the cold wind, harsh temperatures and dry air of the season. This year, the sale ran from Dec. 28, 2025 to Jan. 17, 2026.
Ulta Jumbo Love Sale
Carrying over from the previous year, the semi-annual Jumbo Love Event features big discounts up to 45% off liter-sized shampoos and conditioners from top brands. This is the time to stock up on hair care! It typically overlaps with the annual Love Your Skin Event, and in 2026, it ran nearly the entire month. After kicking off Dec. 25, 2025, the Jumbo Love sale ran until Jan. 24, 2026.
February
The month of February is somewhat of a lull at Ulta since there are no major sales events happening. But that doesn’t mean you won’t have plenty of opportunities to save. Shop the Special Offers section, including Buy More Save More, opportunities to score free gifts with purchase and special sale merchandise. Plus, look for a current Ulta coupon every time you shop.
Valentine’s Day Coupons and Freebies
Just in time for Valentine’s Day and Presidents’ Day weekend, Ulta offered a coupon for $10 off your $50 purchase, or $20 off your $100 purchase. In 2026, shoppers were treated to up to 30% off app-exclusive favorite products, free fragrance gifts with purchase, curated and themed gift sets, and other special offers.
National Lash Day
National Lash Day is Feb. 19 every year. In 2026, Ulta celebrated with a week-long sale featuring discounts up to 30% off mascara, false lashes, lash serums and all the other essentials that make your lashes pop and your eyes sparkle.
March
The Semi-Annual Beauty Event (aka 21 Days of Beauty)
The shining star of Ulta sales, the semi-annual 21 Days of Beauty happens (as you’d expect) just twice a year. It’s a sale that overflows with cosmetics, skin and hair care products to keep you smiling until the next one rolls around again in the fall. Although the start date changes a little every year, you can typically set your clock to the approximate time, give or take a day or two. The spring edition of Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty 2026 started on March 6 and ran until March 26.
New sale items drop each week throughout the event, and Ulta loves its customers so much that they don’t make us wait to find out what’s coming down the pipeline. Each Wednesday, shoppers get a preview of the following week’s sale items so we can make sure our bank accounts are properly prepared for the spending!
April
Spring Haul Event
Ulta’s Spring Haul Event in April comes on the heels of Ulta’s Beauty Event (formerly known as 21 Days of Beauty). It offers customers major discounts and a plethora of daily deals on prestige cosmetics which, as you know, only happens a few times a year. It’s an excellent way to get all the necessities — and some not-so-much necessities — between Ulta’s semi-annual sales. In 2026, the Ulta Spring Haul started on April 10 and ran through April 18, with up to 50% off the biggest brands in hair care, skincare, body care and makeup. It’s also worth noting that this sale typically runs in direct competition with the Sephora VIB sale, so be sure to check out both.
May
Perfect Pairs
The Ulta Perfect Pairs sale features savings up to 50% off your favorite shampoos and conditioners — the only catch is that you need to buy two select items from the same brand to score the deals. It’s still a great opportunity to stock up as duos start at two for just $20. The sale includes top brands like Redken, Kitsch, Biolage, Olaplex and Pattern alongside other bundle and BOGO deals on hair care products and hair tools. The 2026 Perfect Pairs event kicked off in late April and runs through May 10.
Ulta Member Love Event
The Member Love Event is for Ulta Beauty Rewards members only. But the good news is that members get up to 10X the points when they shop certain product categories. These types of opportunities pop up sporadically throughout the year, so keep on the lookout for them. We do expect one to pop up around mid-May in 2026!
Memorial Day Sale
The Ulta Memorial Day sale typically runs for several days leading up to (and including) the Memorial Day holiday. This year, we expect the sale to kick off around Thursday, May 21 and run through Memorial Day Monday, May 25, 2026. You’re likely to find savings up to 40% off beauty, skincare and hair care from top brands like Urban Decay, Armani, Dyson, MAC and more.
Gorgeous Hair Event
The Ulta Gorgeous Hair Event typically comes around twice a year, with the first kicking off in May and the second in October. During the event, shoppers could save 50% on a wide selection of hair care products to keep locks strong, healthy and looking gorgeous all summer long. In recent years, however, we haven’t seen Ulta stick to the typical schedule for the Gorgeous Hair Event. Instead, Ulta threw a month-long Member Love event in May that offers extra rewards points to rewards members who make specific purchases.
When is the Next Ulta Gorgeous Hair Event?
If Ulta returns to its usual timing, we could see this event in mid-May 2026. Since it’s such a major event that Ulta advertises as a twice-annual sale, we hope Ulta hasn’t abandoned this sale and that it could still happen. It also pops up in the fall, usually in October.
June
Ulta Jumbo Love Event
The summer Jumbo Love Sale ran from late June to July 19 in 2025, concurrently with the Big Summer Beauty Sale. The Jumbo Love Sale happens twice per year, in summer and near the end of the year. This semi-annual sale features savings of up to 40% off top hair care brands, including Biolage, Joico and Redken. You might also hear it called the “Ulta Liter Sale” because of the oodles of savings on liter bottles of shampoo, conditioner and other products that show your hair the most “jumbo” love ever. We expect to see it kick off in late June again in 2026.
Big Summer Beauty Sale
The Big Summer Beauty Sale is Ulta’s way of getting you over the midsummer hump. It usually happens toward the end of June every year with savings of up to 50% on summer skin care, BOGO makeup, up to 40% off jumbo hair care (including drugstore brands and prestige products) and daily deals. While 2026 sale dates haven’t been revealed yet, we expect this sale to run from approximately June 28 to July 18.
July
Glow Up Savings Event
During what is often referred to as Black Friday in July – when many major retailers host their biggest sales of the summer – Ulta held a sale for rewards members. The Ulta Glow Up Savings Event ran from July 16 to July 21. During this time Ulta’s Diamond members could save 20% on a qualifying purchase, Platinum members could save 15% and Basic-level members could save 10%.
National Lipstick Day Sale
As noted above, National Lipstick Day is celebrated annually on July 29. Ulta celebrates the occasion with savings on lipstick, lipgloss and more from beloved brands like Fenty Beauty, Too Faced and Bobbi Brown.
August
72-Hour Beauty Sale
Like February, August is another hiatus from Ulta’s major sales events. However, Ulta runs smaller promos throughout this month that are equally thrilling. For example, the Forever Fabulous Sale (aka the 72-Hour Beauty Sale) marks the end of summer and the beginning of fall beauty.
Diamond and Platinum Member Appreciation Days
Member Appreciation Days are fun surprises from Ulta for Diamond or Platinum Beauty Rewards members. It’s when you’ll earn 10x points on literally thousands of products and 5x points on everything else. Just sign into your account to activate. The offer is available through the mobile app and at Ulta.com only.
Ulta 21 Days of Beauty
The second and final 21 Days of Beauty Sale for the year wraps up in mid September. Each day of the event, which runs from around Aug. 30 to Sept. 19, a new selection of deals was released. During this sale you could save up to 50% off on best-selling brands every day!

Fall Haul Event
Ulta’s Fall Haul Sale last year ran through to Oct. 5. This sale presented the perfect opportunity to stock up on the skincare, makeup and haircare products you need for the autumn season. You could find savings of up to 40% on everything from hairstyling tools, face masks, facial cleansers, eye shadows and everything in between.

Gorgeous Hair Event
This year, Ulta’s hair sale allows shoppers to buy one hair care or hair styling product and get the second for 50% off. Brands in the mix included Matrix, Biolage, Wella and Joico. The sale ran until Oct. 26.
November
Ulta Early Black Friday Sale 2026
Similar to Ulta’s semi-annual saving events, Ulta’s Early Black Friday Sale features new deals every week. Last year until Nov. 23, you could find new deals on hair, skin and beauty products from beloved brands. This is a great time to shop for items that you think might sell out during Black Friday, or that you need earlier for Thanksgiving plans!

This Ulta sale typically runs from Nov. 9 to 12. Only shoppable online, we expect to see even more savings available on beloved products during this time– since this overlaps with the Early Black Friday Sale.

Ulta’s Black Friday sale might start online (last year it started on Nov. 23 at 8 p.m. CT), but you can shop deals in-store too (past dates were Nov. 24 to Nov. 30). Just remember, Ulta stores will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, so you can browse from home, while enjoying your turkey and pumpkin pie on Nov. 27. Expect to find major savings on best-selling beauty and makeup products at Ulta during Black Friday.

Ulta: Cyber Monday Sale 2026
Cyber Monday has been quite the conundrum lately because most Black Friday sales have been online anyway over the past few years. Ulta attempts to differentiate Cyber Monday from Black Friday by offering shoppers a whole new slew of deals! This online-only sale ran from Dec. 1 at 12 p.m. CT to Dec. 3 at 2 a.m. CT, and we expect a similar schedule in 2026.
Ulta: Big Holiday Beauty Sale 2026
After the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are in the history books, the countdown to Christmas arrives in December! This annual Ulta sale has been called Holiday Beauty Blitz in the past, but this year it is named: Big Holiday Beauty Sale. We suggest using this sale as your chance to shop for any gifts remaining on your list!
Jumbo Love Event
As the last major sale of the year, the semi-annual Jumbo Love (Liter) event starts in December and again features up to 40% off the top hair care brands to help your hair make it through the heat and rays of summer.
And then the whole year starts over again with Ulta’s Love Your Skin Event, picking up where it left off at the beginning of the year.
